Well, I guess it's about time

Time that I go for a blog.....I have been on the "net" forever and never really felt the need, but now that I am getting older.....So most of you know that I have started running again (last june) and it appears that I will not be stopping. I usually run in the early mornings as when I get home from work it just does not happen. I have run 2 5k races so far and they have been a BLAST! So the races that I have upcoming are: 3-14-09 St. Patrick's day race Boise Id, 5-3-09 Bloomsday race Spokane Wa, 8-28-09/8-29-09 The Longest Relay in the World Portland Or. I will update all on the training for this one. Off to a morning run! Check in later!!!
